A : Yes, residents’ guests are welcome but they will not be allowed to enter the rooms. The living / dining room will be open. It will be the resident guests’ responsibility to maintain proper decorum while entertaining personal guests.

A : Yes your hosts have there own childern. Pets, unfortunately, are not welcome as courtesy to other guests who might get disturbed
